There's a Team member at my store that I'm notoriously known for getting into uncomfortable situations with. The problem is I never reported anything until a couple months back and now that we aren't on speaking terms, the leads think I report them out of spite and blow it off. It's gone on for a good year or so now, always on and off. Report any kind of harassment immediately, rather it happens to you or you witness it. It's uncomfortable but it's worth it in the end. You never know what could come from it if you dont.
