Seems lately, I get a lot of guest that buys top-up cards (you know, those virgin mobile ones), requesting me to help them top-up there phone card after they purchase it. So I'm thinking sure. Target wants me to vibe with the guests so what the heck. But then I remember couples years ago, that a team member was fired for this. So is it ok now that were all about the "vibe" or is this a liability thing and I shouldn't do it anymore?

Last I heard, and the last thing an LOD told me earlier this week was that we are still not to add that for them. If they need help, they need to go to the cell phone dealer (which of course the cell phone people hate).

Last I heard, we don't touch guests' items, whether it be phone, camera, tablet, or whatever, because it's a liability if we screw it up.
