my seasonal is over january 3rd when can i apply to a super target

Go in & ask. They may not be hiring till February or March.

Good luck finding a store that's hiring. Most don't have enough hours to hire additional TMs until March. You could always kidnap a TM, lock them in your basement/dungeon, have them put the lotion on their skin else they'll get the hose again, make a skin suit out of them, and then take their hours.
