So I just told that apparently I'm going to be using a black apron at all times during my shifts ib beauty,not much info was given to me.

These were introduced back when beauty e2e started. Sounds like your store is finally enforcing them. Partner with your TL to get more information.

You're supposed to pass out samples out of them. Our beauty tms hate them since they aren't fashionable at all.

We just got ours last week. Some beauty TMs just carry it around and put it on only if our TL is around. My weirdo fellow TM's like to stop me and order burger and fries...I've been told I should have a platter and ride around on rollerskates...😛.

The Beauty TMs in my store have been wearing them for months. They're very short, though, and it's really amusing to see the one male hardlines TM who often covers in Beauty wearing it as it barely reaches his waist.

My store's beauty TMs have little red ones that just go around the waist and they wear black shirts. I haven't seen them wearing those in a while though, so maybe they'll be switching to the black soon. Are the black aprons full aprons that cover the chest and what not? That seems a bit much...

Ours love them for the pockets. I've had a red one in the past for instocks (remeber the raincheck pads we had to activate? ) But I use a tool pouch on my cart instead now.

They've been available at my store for a few months now - black with "beauty consultant" in white print, goes from neck to mid-thigh or lower. However, I see few beauty TMs wearing them - when I was part of that team, I hated wearing it. Couldn't place the walkie and zebra device on either my pants pockets (covered by the apron) or on the apron (they fell off every time I bent down to a low shelf).
And our beauty TMs wear all black - no more red and khaki for them.

Our TMs wear them. We just finally introduced the sampling table for beauty right around Q4 and with that TMs that wear the black aprons. Before we just had TMs just stocking. We also had a change in leadership so that is likely we just are now finally introducing it

Me and one of the beauty specialists were talking about them hijaacking a demo furniture table for samples (it was an awesome thing) and they hate them. Then we got into the discussion on the fact that sephora still has just stockers and how we are supposed to convince people we are better. She literally cried laughing so hard. "I didnt say we were, just that we are supposed to."

Yeah...no. I managed a sonic last century (i love saying that. damn am I old) and we had them stop doing it because of the amount of items ending up on the ground.

They wear black and khaki. They have official t shirts that say Target beauty or something but not enough to wear those on a daily basis so usually a plain black shirt. I guess the company is doing some a/b/c testing before they decide what look to settle on.

Well then how about a pic of Karli Kross on a shirt with a bullseye on her. It works for me.
