Archived Availability and myTime

I changed my availability almost two months ago because of school. I can't work Monday and Wednesday and I can only work Friday after a certain time. They accepted it and like I said it's been almost two months and everything is going great, but recently I've been starting to get scheduled on days that I cannot work. It really makes me angry because I even set the date to when this availability will more or less expire (January 3, 2015).

I know myTime does all the scheduling but who do I talk to about it? I've already talked to my GSTLs but they don't really seem to care. I've been called in on days that I can't work for either a full 8 hour or just a shift and they know I can't. Do I talk to HR?

I need help because I'm losing hours because of this mess.
 
if your gstl doesn't care go to your ETL. Recently I've noticed that randomly MyTime has reset some people's availabilities so they are not correct so it's either that or your store is editing the schedule and messing it up.
