I was messaging the benefits people on the Target pay and benefits site, because when I checked EHR in my store, it says that I average 30 hours per week, so I assumed I'm now eligible for medical insurance, but the site says I am not. According to the rep from the site, I am still under 30 hours. I already asked my store HR for help with this and they didn't seem to know too much about the benefits program. Why would EHR say something different than corporate? I really need to be able to sign up for Target medical as soon as I am eligible. I'm not sure what my next step should be.
