I recently asked my etl log to help me with my development and I want to know what people look for in a leader.what should I do to prove that I can lead a team and be productive,I know how to lead the backroom but I want to know how I can be better I need all the advice

Always ask questions. Leadership development, status, business walks, how to do sales planners mapping, etc... Also, print your tl core roles for more knowledge on your job. ask your trainer how to maintain "green" scores too.

Take the initiative of showing that you can lead a team. A thing I always did whenever my TL was off was leave her a note/update on how I ran the backroom that day. Tell them what you did and how you manged the time. Show that you care about scores and guest experience better. Since you're in the backroom, do empty location audits to show that you want to improve the score for location accuracy. Do item merges also if you know how to.
