I remember the ULTIMATE call that my SrTL and I (luckily I just clocked out a minute before) received one day. The residents of an assisted living apartment complex had been taking our carts into their building and up the elevator. The buildings management office called us to yell at us that we needed to come and get them. From what I was told, there was close to 30 carts lined up the hallways of each of its 3 top floors.

I told my SrTL to call them back, and tell them that we can put charges against the residents for stealing Target property.
