Answered BTC tier2 to tier 1

Has anyone’s store go from tier 2 to tier 1? Was your etl crazy about setting things to the planogram and not changing anything no matter what?? Mine is going crazy in regards to this.

I’m tier 1 and 2 but my Sd is all about sticking to the planogram and the map . So even if it doesn’t make sense a specific pog stick to the map . Also no building sofa this year it was a weekly update last week

Doesnt have to do with strictly with btc but my store is attached to the district office and we have to have the adjacency 100% every time down to every last side cap we cheat on some planograms but usually stick to it fairly closely provided we have the product to set it as im sure most do
