Say you have low hours, you want more but the swap board the shifts are always already taken, all the time regardless of whatever, so I, a logistics team member (flow- backroom) want to get more, but ETL says I can't help anything more because hours are low during this week for our store , so my last option is maybe going and get some hours at another Target store, can I do that?

Not really, no. Only time I've seen TMs getting hours at another store are when one store's so screwed they need extra hands.

Talk to your HR ETL, it is actually possible.

I've actually done it multiple times, but only to retrain teams. I run a successful team (not as a team lead) and my etl log has loaned me out to stores in the area to train other teams on our ways. I just had an etl from another store give me his number, and told me that if I'm low on hours give me a call and he'd get me some hours to train his team for as long as needed. So in that aspect yes, in other ways not entirely sure.

Only in the form of support help. Support help is usually few and far between, but it happens.
