Cause it is part of their workload, no extra hours just extra hustle. Why I help them take stuff up front for a guest pull or tell them to drop a guest pull for me in a certain place and I will pick it up. They do hustle if they actually do their job right. I think the market guys/girls are the second hustle award for the hardlines side.

As a BRTM I'm responsible for Flex and RTS...Flex I can *kind of* understand, but RTS is just stupid and should be part of guest services, imo. They're already standing 2ft away from the item, just scan it out and RTS instead of making me walk all the way up from the backroom, scan, RTS, and then go back to work. Totally dumb!

Pretty sure as of late last year audit is supposed to be done by instocks. RTS should be done by either the flexible fulfillment team or guest service. In store pickup orders should be done by flexible fulfillment until they leave for the day. After they leave, BR shouldn't be around much longer.

BR also does it all at my store. We were told that SFS should be doing flex but that hasn't happened?? ETLs call BR for flexes. I often still will cover flex and backroom for DPCI checks during SFS if BR has heavy caf or someone is late/called out/on meal. RTS is usually done by guest services or my BR TL on weekdays. Me or my SFS captain will usually do it on weekends, if it isn't already done before 8:30am.

SFS team doing SPUs is a major pain. If it isn't a person who is packing they need a 2nd PDA logged in as someone else not picking, or to suspend the batches they're in and reopen all of them when they finish the SPU.

Nope. Most other teams don't care about other teams. In my store everyone tries to shift blame to the flow team. Sftms barely backup and softlines doesn't help out anywhere else.

Flow and backroom end up bailing up every other team.

I'd be there. I used to end up covering backroom with the actual brtm with the old hourly caf schedule. No wav training so they'd do steel and I'd do light duty and food. I still pitch in for flex or get for guest. Backroom does so much for me I support them whenever I can or need to.
