I havent used the newer ehr long enough to know so how would i go about changing my availability?

Just go into my time and it will have your availability there and you just change the days and times and put a reason if you want and click save/submit

After you log in, there are a bunch of menus at the top. The one you want is Scheduling/Timekeeping or something like that, then go to MyTime Self Service. You'll have to log in again, and the availability change option should be on the left.
