Your store sounds exactly like my store. May God have mercy on your soul.

This is exactly why I have always said good leadership can make or break a store. We had some sucky team members on flow and they have all been performanced out or they quit. My Etl and tl will ask the good tms how the newbies are doing. You know immediately if they are good or bad. Under 90 days they are gone. Hang in there. Hopefully someone has a plan. If nothing changes try changing work centers. We had 1 slug and my Etl asked me to push with him and I said no way and told him why. He admitted he was aware of the issues and wanted a experienced tm to push with him. Nope, not a babysitter. Tm and Etl are gone.

It looks like D and E might just need a little more training and support.
Fast but massive errors can be fixed with effort if you want to and slow but decent person can be sped up if you show them some methods to speed up (though some people will never get fast no matter what you do).
Slow and nasty requires a different method of handling.
You can keep a log as to how fast the person is to show your ETL/TL with references to the responses when you asked for more speed.
You can try challenging him to speed test to see if his ego at least will speed him up.
Mr. Useless is a write-off.
Ignore him, pretend he doesn't exist and don't count on him for anything.
When he's scheduled just work like it's a day with a call out.
Is it right? Not in the slightest.
Will it help with your sanity? Yep.

It's a minimum wage job. You're not going to retain quality people for a minimum wage job. They're not going to fire the employees either, because it's extremely hard to find a replacement. If it really bothers you that much, you should just quit and find a new job.

My team leader and ETL both have a very hands off approach to managing team members. I've been voicing my concerns about slow and hostile teammates for months and my team leader acts oblivious. My ETL refuses to take action and instead tells me, "They'll quit eventually." When I tried bringing issues to my STL, he literally said, "Don't bother me about this again, I have a store to run". I don't want to call the integrity hotline (as if it would do any good), but they're definitely having a negative impact on how much I enjoy coming in to work every day. I love my job, but it's hard to motivate myself when I have to deal with such laziness and negativity every day. I'm going to do a quick breakdown of my team members for you to better understand the situation.

Team member A 10/10 - Very hard worker, very fast, nice to everyone. Says he's quitting soon to go back to school.

Team member B 10/10 - Hard worker, fast, nice, funny. Says he's quitting soon to go back to school.

Team member C 7/10 - Fast, complains a lot, tries to delegate shitty duties that he doesn't want to do. Constantly talks about how much he wants to quit.

Team member D 7/10 - Fast worker, nice, inaccurate, generates a ton of errors

Team member E 3/10 - Nice guy, abysmally slow as fuck

Team member F 1/10 - Slow as hell, mean to everyone, immature but thinks he's being funny when he's actually just a cunt, slacks off at any available opportunity

Team member G 0/10 - Slower than a snail, nice until you ask him to actually do some work then he gets aggressive and defensive, cocky and brags about how he "gets shit done" when in fact he doesn't do anything, hides and plays on his phone constantly, takes hour long breaks, disappears for hours, calls out every other day, should have been terminated for performance in his first week, let alone the six months that he's worked here.

Supposedly, our team is held to an individual standard of being able to pull an hour and ten minutes worth of CAF within 60 minutes. I've personally passed the 1h10m test several times, but when I'm paired with team members E, F, or G, it takes us 59 minutes to pull a 1h20m CAF. One of the things that frustrates me the most is that the slowest members of the team will "call dibs" on the flexible fulfillments when they drop, they'll start screaming "I GOT IT, I GOT IT" on the walkie and then they'll take 30 minutes to fulfill an order that would have taken me 5 minutes. Another thing that drives me crazy is that my team leader sticks me in the freezer every day because I'm the only one that doesn't throw a fit about it. I wouldn't mind it as much if our hard work was rewarded with more hours, but our team leader splits payroll evenly between every person on the team, even though some people are so slow they might as well not be there at all.

Our team leader schedules the useless people to close on the slowest days of the week, so we always have all the backstock done for them before the rest of the team leaves for the night. Then the hard workers get scheduled on the crazy days and we get harassed by the ETLs about the mess that's left as if we're slacking off. I constantly have TLs and ETLs asking me why stuff isn't getting done and I tell them EXACTLY why, then they promptly forget the conversation and refuse to take any action. We can't get any backstock done during the day because half the team is braindead, once the CAFS are done those same team members start screwing around or hide for the rest of the night, my work takes twice as long because we're so backed up from the slackers. Once there's 30 vehicles of backstock, it's impossible to get caught up when I have to move 8 vehicles and a couple of pallets just to make a pull or backstock an item.

This is exactly why I have threatened my BR team with dropping my Sales Planner Batches Manually into Flexible Fullfilment.

That and because it would be Loads of laughs when I got back from my lunch.
