So as many of you know I had worked at Target a few years ago. Well I would like to have some extra cash flow. So I applied at a Target near where I live now. In the application, it asks if you have any previous target experience (which as mentioned before I do), does that better your chances of getting hired? (I left on good terms).

Also what is the going rate for a Backroom Team Member?

Am I just crazy for even applying to Target now for a second job?

I think the new starting rate is 10.50, depending on area, for backroom. Downside is that most stores don't have any real backroom hours anymore due to recent pulls change.
