Go for it! TM dating TM in same department is fine. Just when at work stay focused on work and keep personal life separated once on the clock. Enjoy the relationship, I have seen spot bring many people together.

Think about how whoever you wanna date is and if he or she is into a lot of drama, wouldn’t trust him or her. Believe me, I know people who had drama stirred because two team members or a manager and team member dated.
