Just wondering if anyone has any trouble trying to get mostly day shifts if your schedule only permits that.?? The only reason I ask is because I recently came back from maternity leave, and asked if they could be a little more flexible with my schedule so I could take my 2 kids to child care, I know that if youre a student and you bring them a school schedule they will be more than happy to work with you, but since im just a single mother with two kids, as my HR TL said "it wouldn't benefit her business" to try and give me mostly day shifts, I find it just a tad bit discriminating. So now that im sort of making a fuss about, shes been giving me 3pm - 12am shifts EVERY weekend for the ENTIRE weekend. Maybe im overreacting?
