I was wondering whats the normal starting pay for FDC warehouse worker in Southern CA

Not sure about California but PA was $17.50 last I heard. So probably like 20 there.

Rdc on the east coast starts 16 and caps at 21 and change

NY starts at 19 I think and caps at 23.17. So probably the same or more than that.

VA starts at 19.20 for warehouse workers and ~16.19 for packers. With 1.25 shift differential for the A2 key/shift and 0.50 for the B2 key/shift. Raises every 6 months until the 21.81 cap.
