im hired as seasonal in style (though im also trained on register and very half-assed trained in fulfillment) and im the ONLY seasonal style hire. i do pretty good no one ever really coaches me unless they r literally teaching me how to do something. the only thing is that i got really sick like a few weeks ago and called out for 3 shifts. they keep bugging me about it saying it looks really bad and that i could get fired cuz im on my 90 day probation period (which, i was not aware i had one cuz im seasonal). they talked to me twice about it saying i could get terminated but i think my performance is good and i work almost everyday cuz we are kinda understaffed in style. im part time and i worked almost 40 hours this week. i close at least 4-5 times a week and have very open availability most days. i come in early or pick up shifts when they ask i just dont stay late cuz i can't. i think my ETL likes me, but one of the regular team leads i think doesnt like me and idk why. she always gives me way more things to do than everyone else and gets irritated when i'm not done on time. i only ever have issues getting my tasks done when she is the team lead on that night. like idk what to even do about that she does walk throughs and micromanages me when we dont close for another 3 hours like obviously im not done zoning you put me in 3 different areas and i have several hours left. i think she thinks im bad at my job, but im pretty conifident she is the only leader who thinks so. like the other day she got irritated with me because it took the majority of my shift to push two packed to the brim metros. but everyone else says im doing well and i work A LOT. some of my coworkers were seasonal and they said that management never even asked them to stay, they just kept scheduling them. so if they do keep me, im not sure they will even tell me. but im nervous that those call outs will make them not keep me. other than those 3 shifts in a row when i was sick, i never called out or came in late.

Aside from the long rhetoric, you sound like you want the job. Are you young, inexperienced in the world of work? The post telegraphs that. Slow down, get composed and meet with your direct TL and thoroughly discuss your concerns. Give it some time. Remembering TL's answer to ETL's. If need be meet with the ETL. Keep the meetings brief, to the point and polite. Focus on YOU and the tasks and nobody else. Be presentable, courteous and punctual. Ask questions but don't over do it.

yeah my ETL is really nice so i might ask her about it. im 19 and a full time student, this isnt my first job or even my first retail job but its my first one in a while and took me a long time to find a job cuz of my college schedule so i really just wanna be kept. i think i am doing very well, its just that one TL that im pretty sure thinks i suck but apparently she is just like that. my ETL and 2 other TLs like me im pretty sure.

You could be great and still not be kept and you could be okay and be kept depends on how the store is. You might be understaffed now but hours are drastically cut after the holidays. If you got sick for 3 days but have since proven you are reliable and it was my team I would understand and is likely not part of why you will or won't be kept. Last year I kept all my inbound seasonal tms that made it to the end. The year before I only kept one.
