Does anybody know what the last number of the receipt# is?

For example, 0291-2753-0084-3634-4. This last number seems to be very random to me and I don't think it has anything to do with the date, the time, or transaction. This number can be from 0-9

Scammers have been known to come up with some pretty good bogus receipts.
