Does anyone know when the Black Friday preview fliers come out?

My son wants a GoPro and my MIL is willing to buy it for him (and accessories). She wants Christmas (and birthday, his birthday is in November) shopping done soon, but if GoPros are likely to show up on the Black Friday deals, I will hold off.
