Does anyone know how to fix this login problem?

Hello, My name is Destini and I’ve been having trouble trying to login, I’m basically locked out. I didn’t forget my password, it’s just that neither one of these two step identifications are working.
The push notification hasn’t been working in a while because I don’t have the “CA mobile authenticator” app anymore, but the “phone” recently started not to work, it usually calls and gives me a code, but it doesn’t anymore.
Can someone with solutions PLEASE help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you! =)

I definitely called them and they gave me the run around smh 🤦🏽‍♀️
They also said called HR then HR said to call CSC back. 🙄

AT&T phone service was down today. SMS was not working during the outage.
