After I log into the mytime app on my tablet or my phone it comes up saying unknown application error

I’m scheduled for a shift tomorrow morning but i’ll be unable to come in because i’m sick. I submitted a ticket on mytime saying i wont make it but im unsure what to do now. the status shows a thumbs up… does that mean it’s all good? just trying not to be accused of pulling a no call no show lol.

They are inventing MT 2.0. Mytime Self Service will be down from October 8-11, during this time you won't be able to do availability changes, punch corrections, paid time off or unpaid time off request. Just a heads up, get it in while you can.
