Does Target have any kind of online educational counseling available?

I may be interested in starting a new career and may take advantage of Target educational programs but I am older and since a lot of target work opportunities are more youth based, I don't know what they have that would work both inside and outside of Target for someone in their 40's who has been working at target part time.

Check out TMLR. I know most use them for mental health, but they offer other things too. Not sure about actual career counseling though. Also, when you sign up with Guild, a person calls you. You can talk to them about it.

I feel like HR translates well inside and outside of Target.

There is a quiz at the beginning about your interests and then it shows you matches. Plus if you sign up they will call you and text you to help with that.

I highly recommend the Guild Education resources. They can provide some academic advising. More importantly, they are the gateway to dozens of Target-paid certificate and degree education offerings.
