Archived Does the elec tl position still exist

So long story short i was told i was next in line to take over as our specialty sales tm for electronics and beauty but once my tl the one who pushed me forward left to her new store the position was told to me no longer available. Has this happened to anyone else and if so what do you recommend i do? Im genuinely on my last nerves here. Also would like to mention ive been at my store 5 years 3 of which have been the former captain of electronics until the position was removed in our store.

there is no TL position only over electronics anymore. the closest thing would be specialty sales TL, which would be over beauty and tech. not all stores have that position though, so your store may very well have had it eliminated.

There is a Specialty TL (Tech and Beauty) position is high volume stores.

No,tl's except in bigger stores, as others have said. In smaller stores, there are speciality style etl' who run beauty & electronics only. Something new that just started in this qtr.
