You have to do it at work.
Not sure why it's that way but it is.

I was prompted to change my password on the external viewschedule site (and get this: it actually worked!) once, but I suspect this was an anomaly.

@walleyeman, you'll have to change your password at your store. As sigma7 said, use the Workbench log-in page to change it rather than eHR.

I was prompted to change my password when logging into eHR at home. It didn't work but it also didn't prompt me again, so I can continue to use my old password for another 90 days.
