Why would my etl do reviews for seasonal employees

Our etl's did all the second interviews

to claify all the etls are meeting with their resprective deparmen seasonals within the next couple weeks why is this

At my store all the ETLs rotated the interviews.
Yes, they tried to have the ETL for the department they were hiring for but that wasn't always possible and sometimes it just had to be whoever was there.
With the mass hiring they might have decided to shift one ETLs workload enough to make it possible for them to do all the interviews (it takes a lot of time).\

And if you mean interviews as in they are talking to the seasonals, it could be letting them know who is staying on and who is getting let go.

the etl is probably meeting with them to let them know if they are being kept on past seasonal…thats wat usually happens here first two weeks of january

We just gave out letters saying thank you for your time or offering them to stay on

When I was a seasonal cashier, one of my GSTLs pulled me into a room to give me a letter from my ETL-HR with a permanent offer.

Starting around this time...seasonals are pulled into the office to either a letter of permanent hire or end of their seasonal period.
