I was wondering why I couldn't log in the other day. It said it couldn't find my account or something like that.

I was backup cashiering yesterday for about an hour, Shocker!!, when a guest came through the line. She said cartwheel wasn't working. I said .... Oh, would you like to save 5% with a Target debit card? She was not impressed. And I didn't care.

The systems are so slow sometimes that I begin to think Target switched to dial-up to save money.

Yet Target feels it can grow sales by 3% annually, even when it has system failures, no one on the sales floor, and long check out lines.

That would explain the weird noises the registers make sometimes when you re-boot them. Must be running on dial-up modems.
