Seriously lol. Usually with the excuse that the plows haven't been down their block yet, which could be true seeing as it's like 3am in the morning. Target should just cancel the truck when they know its' big storm coming up.

Sometimes they do. I got a call from my etl-hr earlier today telling me not to come in tomorrow

We've had SOOOO many weather-related call offs lately. Yeah it was snowing pretty good and was pretty crappy. But leave early. Snow is nothing new in my area. Yet I'm constantly amazed at people who are terrified of driving in it.

Flow Team at my store are troopers. We've had a crappy winter weather-wise, but even the people who take the bus there at 4am show up if they can. We may be down one or two, but the rest of us can make up for it.

I can't quite imagine how the rest of the day at the store unfolds if Flow isn't there. Are there pallets of merch in the backroom that haven't been to the floor? Is there even anyone there to throw the truck?
