Hello! I am new to joining the Break Room but have read a lot of helpful info! I am starting as an outbound team member in a FDC in a few days and was hoping to get more information before I start. I like to be prepared when entering a new job. We took a tour and I saw where I will be working, a long with the equipment I will be operating. Does anyone know about anything I should be prepared for? Or any tips that will be helpful for when I start? Thanks!

There's only eight hour shifts at fdcs with the exception of QM and E&F. My shift is Sunday-Thursday 6am-2pm. There's "I" key which is Tuesday to Saturday and a J key that only gets 32 hours a week which covers Friday-Monday. There's a second shift that goes from 2pm-10pm as well.
The load team works a similar schedule except they come in an hour later and stay an hour late.
