Your TLs, ETL, your STL and most probably your HRBP, if past your 90 days. If under your 90 days, your TLs & your ETL. In other words, it's not just one person most of the time. There's a lot of documentation involved once you pass your 90th day.

It means that you have voluntary terminated your job. As in you gave your two weeks....If you haven't I would speak to your ETL-HR ASAP!

I have seen it happened at my store. Call your store or tmsc.
