Archived First Pay Day...?

So this is the first check i will be receiving but I dont have work on that day. Am I allowed to go to the store and get it even if im not working? And where do i go to ask for it?

At my store, checks are kept at the fitting room on payday and the following weekend, as long as the fitting room is staffed.
