Newbie flow team member saying hello.
Thank you for this site. It has been a godsend during these my early days. Unbelievably helpful. Spot should be *paying* for it, not trying to shut it down or moaning about it. In actual practice the concept of "training" appears to be a whimsical notion rather An Actual Thing — without this site I'd be 85% more clueless than I already am.
That last 15% will never be got rid of, probably. My brand of stupid is stubborn 😉
I love learning about what I *should* be doing and also what else is going on around me. So cheers and thanks to those who are helping educate, console, and support your fellow TMs.
