i was CTL at my last store. Demoted to PA to transfer and was promoted to senior flow TL here at new store and have been in role about 8 months.

I have never done a PCCI or goal plans with my ETL; we barely do vibe walks. Feeling a little lost when it comes to writing my review this year.

Flow TLs- what are some of your goal plans?
 
Managing Talent - are the team members pushing correctly and meeting the 30 seconds per carton expectation? Are the backroom TMS pulling autofills in a timely manner? Is the truck being unloaded by the goal time? If you answer no to this, how are you managing talent to improve?
Drives for Results - how are you achieving/maintaining a green backroom location accuracy? Is your backstocking score Green and if not, how will you imorose it?
Managing Execution - are you completing your push/backstock each day?
Driving Profitable Sales - how are you leading the team to improve sales?
VIBE - Do your TMS interact with guests to drive vibe scores, and if not, why?
Achieving Excellence - what's your achieving excellence score and how can you improve it?
Best Team Survey - how did the team score you and the store on the BTS, what are the 3 lowest areas for your team, and how will you improve those areas?
