Hello fellow target TMs. I’m a food and beverage expert. My store is currently dealing with morale issues and constant daily threats of a CA from our TL over pace. We were told today that breaking down a frozen pallet with 4 TMs should only take 5 minutes per pallet. Is that normal? Are there any food and Bev TMs that could share their what their time goals look like?

4 people is really too many, you get in each other’s way
Can't speak directly to OP's question because I don't work Market, but @Max1988 is correct. Having too many people can makes things take longer because you're tripping over each other. It's why I hate it when my store does those mass pushes like when there's a huge Seasonal transition and it all has to be done yesterday.

4 people is really too many, you get in each other’s way. I say 2 people should be 30 mins so 4 people would be 15 minutes. It takes time to scan every box.
Hey! Thank you for the input. That is what I thought as well. Our store started the scanning process back in October and before that I was breaking down frozen pallets by myself in about 15 minutes. The scanning definitely does take time.

In my store tms break the pallets down onto uboats and one person scans the made uboats into the barcodes. There is no point in breaking them down by oos or backstock as they all get immediately pushed that day. Not saying its best practice or will work for every store but we break down 3 to 4 pallets and scanned in 30 to 45 minutes
