I'm Lost! Getting Supervisor #s

Hey folks.

Can anyone help me out with the process for getting supervisor access on the registers? I just took a GSA position at my new store, and I have been told I've been keyed into the system as a GSA already. My ETL-HR and ETL-GE have both tried setting it up on POS, but we still only get the options for Ring Sales, No Access, and Guest Service. I had this same issue at my old store 3 years ago when I first became a GSA there. They finally got it fixed, but I can't for the life of me remember what they did. Is there something my ETLs are missing?

I'm off until Thursday, so if it's not working when I go in then, I'll try calling the help desk. In the meantime, I thought I'd ask around here. Thanks!
 
This is Annie's area of expertise but I seem to remember making sure that you are keyed under that work center.
Then it should be a matter of them logging in on the register>GSTL functions>change TM status.
 
It might take 24/48 hrs for your numbers to be updated in the system.
