GM and food

When applying for GM and food there is multiple roles listed. When u apply will I get assigned randomly to one? How will I know what specific role are they hiring for? Like if they are looking for people to work the Starbucks?

All stores are different. My store you don’t know until you get there. You may be doing all of the above…..maybe even in one day. Just to see where you fit the best.

There maybe no options to pick your job. It's business needs. Don't forget to tell spot about school.

Hiring - Long time no see

I’m thinking about applying for fulfillment at my local target. The application is for GM and food how do I let them know I’m looking to work in fulfillment or do that just give me what ever is open. I got stuck in personal care the first time when I wanted Starbucks or fulfillment.

Make sure you state your availability up front.

Don't fall for the if you open your availability you get more hours BS.

Also I would to learn to cashier and do OPUs if you want to pickup shifts.
