I don’t know if I’m hearing it right through the walk-in. Sometimes I hear people saying ‘LOD to good neighbor ‘, something like this. Can anyone tell me what it is?

I'm guessing that's your stores name for the CO

it’s an old term for the cash office that they still use at some stores. if the LOD is getting called there it’s likely a delivery from Dunbar or whatever company your store uses
