Can anyone who does CO for their store message me? It’s in regards to Garda thanks

We are unable to access the file to print new Safe Count Worksheets. We have been doing them by hand for a few weeks now. Does anyone have a blank one that they can share?

I trained for the first time in the cash office today. My trainer went so fast and I’m nervous I missed something, don’t understand everything or don’t remember all the steps. Can anyone give me the step-by-step cash office procedures?

How are we to handle the half dollars the bank is sending us i assume instead of quarters?

Is there anyone that can clarify something for me? I have done the CO for 10 years and thought that all data was to be sent by 2pm, now we are being told it can be finished anytime that day.

So recently we got an email saying we need to mail out checks using a polymailer bag (same as ship to store). We had been using the UPS pak bags for years. What is a polymailer bag?

Has anyone's store ever skipped a day in the cash office? Mine did yesterday. I called in sick. And they only asked one of other two people that know it, and he had other plans. Walked into a nightmare today. Wish we were allowed to have alcohol during working hours.

So recently we've received a notice that the address for coupons shipped out weekly has changed and I can't get ups to accept the new address as valid. Does anyone know the proper address or format for shipping out the coupons. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

We got the new cash recycler a few days ago and are supposed to start using it. The other GSTL had a day of training on it but the rep who is supposed to train me is unable to come in to train me tomorrow. The other GSTL is unable to come in in the am ( would go into OT, hours are tight ... )...
