*yes another dating question*

so I know there are rules with TLs dating TMs, but what about with GSAs? They aren't TLs but they are still supervisors. So how would a relationship between a GSA and a "subordinate" (cashier, CA, service desk TM) be dealt with?

There is no official policy about it and so long as you act professionally at work then no one in a position of authority would care at all.

Which IMO is kind of a silly distinction. A GSA absolutely is a supervisor/manager in most respects. You run the front end, report to the LOD, and do basically everything a GSTL does on a day to day basis. The distinction is that (and this is how it was explained to me by an ETL) you are a manager of tasks, rather than people. You aren't responsible for development, as a TL is, you aren't responsible for reviews/coachings/other forms of people management on an ongoing basis. On any given day you're managing the same tasks as a GSTL though, have supervisor #s on the POS and have most of the same discretion in decision-making. You supervise the front end during your shift and ensure it's run smoothly and up to standards.
