One thing I have been doing is wowing ETLs and STL with general knowledge. I know a lot of random things about other work centers that others wouldn't bother to know.
I throw in some leadership expectations here and there strategizing.. Communicates effectively has been a challenge for me and I was confronted by and angry PATL in front of my ETL HR and she was impressed with how I handled the situation. (PATL was complaining about no help.. Cause she's the only one feeling cuts right?) it's to the point where when I'm TLOD the ETLs and LOD just sit in their offices because they know they're in good hands.


Suggestions?
 
Also my STL made me captain of TL office brand.. Oh rapture.
But I know it's the "challenging your peers" undertone he's looking at.. Shifty

I love that "challenge your peers" dreck.
Gives you all the alienate your TMs with none of the support them.
Sure I can understand if you have to do it for safety reasons but unless you're getting paid the extra money it is shifty to make you do it for free.
 
eh.. gotta walk the walk before you see the money for it.. gotta make sure you are worthy of it first
