We were hoping to do $400,000 which is at least 8 times our normal Friday sales number. We were at $230 or slightly more when I left home.

When I read my email today I found out that we did over $410,000. This was above our forecast, as well as the goal set by our STL.

We were short by 4% for sales, which was better than last year, so it looks like 9pm will be the new standard for next year at least. It isn't changing unless there's enough push against it.

we made our goal by over 10% and beat out 4 supert (we're a gm) in our district.
but every day since, we've missed sales.
if we opened on friday, we could concentrate the work force for guest demand and not have to hire so many folks. doesn't make sense to me, but im sure target will say how great it was.

My shift started at 9 so I pretty much walked in as guests were running in so I didn't know where anything was. We had a DTL (? I think that's what it's called lol) walk through at around 2:30am and we got good reviews. They came back Saturday and were impressed, so we did well.
