Look at the history of the store when you can't figure out why things aren't done to best practices. The Exec team is all fairly new to the store. Team members rotate through on a regular basis. SrTLs and TLs have stayed the same the whole time. Might be time to move people around to some other stores.

1. My area is a one person "team" with two tls that have no interest in best practices.
2. The Exec over said area is trying to learn the basics for the area. Have been helping them to learn the best practices.
3. The other execs are aware of the store situation and trying to help when they can. There's a lot of things to re-teach and old habits to break with all of the team.
