Archived How many hours do STLs work?

Just out of curiosity, how many hours does an STL work? Is it a minimum of 50?

Minimal of 50 hours but an invested STL should be there minimum of 60. All depends on the store and leadership below them. When you have the right people in the right spot it could be less but you have to be connected 24/7. Region/Company jet touches down in your town you need to be in your store. As updates come down from upper leadership you need to share immediately and follow up. There’s no excuse because you we’re closing or off or on vacation.

Mine does 45 at best. They are never there more than 9 hrs a day.

Lol. Mine does probably roughly 30 jan-oct and 40 oct-jan.

Mine never worked more than 40. He'd come in at 730 and leave before 3.
