Archived HUGE changes to logistics, sales floor!

We had a hudle about our store moving to a push all. We are a p-fresh target but get more sales than super targerts. I work backroom and now they are thinking about 2 closers to do manuals and push them? But now what is the morning BR team is going to do, help flow push? And sales floor is coming in at 12 and they are going to pull their on Pogs/salesplanners. And flow is going to do all the 4x4s and not start pushing truck toll 8am! Yikes! Is this going on at any other store?
