My ETL is a bitch. I never liked her when she started about two months ago. Basically I was forced to quit because she wouldn't approve of my new availability. I only wanted to work three days out of week, max 18.5 hrs.!Basically I told her to give hours to those who wants them, not me. Yet she continues to schedule me 38 hours a week. -_- I'm honored that you like that I know what I'm doing and stuff but I have other things going on such as school. I've let her known repeatedly that I don't want the hours.

So I was forced to submit a two weeks notice two weeks ago. I'm still gonna be an active lurker on here.

That's crazy.
Why would somebody go out of their way to alienate a potentially useful employee like that?
It's not like you might not come back to working more hours in the future.
Now they've lost you completely.
