I was just wondering if Target is going to set a cap on the maximum number of hours that a part-timer can receive?
I read the following topic at a home depot employee forum at http://s1.zetaboards.com/TheOrangeBloodBank/topic/5048793/4/#new and it would appear that the new policy is to limit all part-timers to only 20 hours a week maximum. Is Target already doing the same thing to avoid paying benefits under obamacare?
