I'm Lost! LA and EM ??

So I have a question... The schedule came out for the week after next. And I had regular days but they changed my schedule. I now have shifts that day LA or EM next to it. Any idea what that could be ??? I just started working here back in the first week of February. I’m a guest advocate.
