I don't know about that list, but every week they post the double dips (items that are both in the ad and on cartwheel) at at our time clock that we are expected to read and memorize (right). So maybe start with that list? There's usually a ton of grocery items on it.

If you have the cartwheel app, go under the collections. Then, look at hot deals first, weekly ads 2nd, & grocery. You can do this on target.com too. Also, get the mobile coupons from target.com & cartwheel, you might be able to double the coupons on the sale item. Myself & a few other folks try to out do each other on the cartwheel deals, all the time.
For ex: target.com has a 1.50 off with a purchase of MP apple juice bottles & 15% cartwheel coupon on the same item.
