Can anyone tell me when doing a M&M scan do you scan the CRC label? You aren't prompted to scan the label by the PDA at any time. Please help!

Are you asking about scanning the CRC pallet form? If so we dont scan it anymore. Refer back to the Outbound tracking info when that process started.

I didn't think we scanned the labels anymore. I haven't scanned them but someone tried to tell me we were still supposed to. I thought I remembered reading that. What a relief. Thanks!
