OK so I came in to my nightly cart attandant shift and just like people said I pissed off the softlines team leaf and she was mad I challenged her and said stuff OK I did not talk to her even though she wanted to talk to me I got scared and refused.I need help how do I get back obtain her good side she solved me lof of crappie that's not my job help please​

Uh, by dropping the attitude, apologizing, accepting the fact that she does have authority.

How do I get back on her good side?
She solved me lof of crappie that's not my job help please (I give up on this part)

A) You can't refuse to talk to a TL, no matter how scared you are. It's a sign of disrespect and can be cause for termination.

B) You want to get on her good side, apologize for going off on her. She was doing her job, even if you didn't think so and having you 'challenge' her was probably didn't make for a great day.

C) If you want help, try to make your posts easier to read.
